No civil wars (Updated for Rise of the Republic)
Those bastards make u a civil war for killing their child or something like that? No problem, this mod increase the loyalty by 1000 making they love u even you if kill his entire family. U know what they say, nothing like a blind loyalty for conquer the world. Enjoy ^-^
