Changes stigma’s for All Underwear to "OT_CIVILIAN" (Civilian from No Stigma)
Changes all stigma’s for the Maidwear to "OT_SLAVE" (Enslaved Appearance; Based on Sevitude Factor)
Changes PinkTartan Skirt to "OT_CIVILIAN" from "OT_BANDIT" (Seems really out of place to me, for a skirt to be reflective of a bandit, it’s not even semi-combat wear)
