Ability: Yaxchilan Lintels Unlocks the Builder ability to build Quarries in Woods and Rainforests. Libraries and Shrines gain a slot for Great Work and additional standard adjacency bonuses from Quarries. Receives a Great Artist for every 13 Quarries, capped at 20. Agenda: Blood to the Vision Serpent Builds as many districts and improvements as possible, does not hesitate to wage war for more lands of construction. Likes civilizations with high Science and Faith output, provided they are not her neighbors.
