No Truce Scaling
This mod alters how truces work, removing the scaling aspect of it.
With this, truces now take 5 years to pass, regardless of warscore.
This mod is obviously not Ironman compatible, but it should be compatible with all mods as it changes very little.
If there is demand I might make another version with different truce times and scales.
