Waste separation plant at Railway Base

A garbage sorting plant on a railroad base.

In the real world it’s just a warehouse, sorted by the people who throw away the garbage and guarded by someone else.
In the real world, the houses on the four corners are container houses with cheap tin roofs.

In the game it is a garbage separation plant, where the garbage is sorted by human labor.
Because of the open air and the use of excavators and bulldozers, it causes air pollution and shuts down when the temperature gets too cold.
The speed of human labor is also slower than that of an automated plant

Because of the slow unloading of railroad carriages, vehicles in this factory are now unloaded five times faster and loaded twice as fast as before to serve train users.
