Ability: Fission Link
The Epiphyllum under the moonlight carries the memories of all the pass.
Each city increases all outputs of all cities by 1%, and has two special projects.
Capital gain one extra faith after enable Fission project.
Fission: Available only for the capital.
Will reduce non-food outputs in the capital by 19%,
Then increase all outputs in other cities by 3%,
And give +1 to all outputs in all cities.
(Capital can receive doubt outputs from the effect)
Link: Only available for non-capital cities,
Requires at least one specialization district.
Will reduce The city’s non-food outputs by -9,
Then increase the non-food outputs of the capital by 1%,
And give +1 to all non-food outputs in all cities.
(Tips:due to the limit of req set, if the conquer city already has one district, you have to build another one to acquire
