The hazardous environment combat unit was send to black mesa aka the place where hl1 takes place in to "Silence" everything about the Resonance Cascade and take controll of the black mesa facility,by killing everyone involved with the Resonance Cascade,also killing all the xen or race x creatures,just search HECU into google and go to the fandom page and u will find more information about them.
This mod adds helmets and props and weapons and humans with opposing force style,half life 1 style,black mesa source style.
it has HECU grunts in black and white skincolor. (white isnt tan,its just normal ppg,while black is brown like IRL) and in both hl1 style and bms style
it has the mp5 and m4,the mp5 is the normal type,the m4 is the reskin of the mp5 u can use if u have the HD pack active.
it has helmets
it has props
