Some vehicles have working police and medic lights with siren.

In big trucks you can toggle the light inside the cabin that works like a chandelier with a switch.
Different amount of slots from 500 to 1000.
Every single vehicle has additional slots for barrels, wooden crates, backpacks, weapons and any other storages. Wanted to have a car with a shield full of workbenches – go for it.
Tanks have working turrets with reload and rechargable cartriges.
Heavy vehicles can knock down trees.
Military vehicles have different armour levels, protecting from small and big calibers.
Most cars have a cassette slot for the Radio mod.

The mod was tested with a huge number of modifications initially and work fully with the most of them.
