Exactly what it says on the box. Fixes the visual effect of I Found Pills to not cause a clipping issue for characters that don’t use the default "Isaac pink" skin tone.

Edit 11/10/21: This was fixed in the latest patch for Repentance. However, this issue still exists in Rebirth through AB+. Thanks for using my fix, Edmund. :I
