Cho’s Flagellant Rework
Highlights of the rework:
* Standardized bleed scaling. They now scale up to 2x their original value from lvl 0 to 5 (as opposed to the previous scaling which made them strong early and weak later in the game). To balance this, the higher bleed amounts have shorter durations.
* Battle limits are removed in favor of cooldowns on Exsang and Redeem. This makes Flagellant better to use in CoM and hopefully makes him less immortal for normal dungeons. The cooldowns refresh on death’s door, so you can still rely on them in a pinch.
* Endure and Reclaim have been modified so that the heal amounts get stronger as does the self harm when leveled up.
