The Battle of Strasbourg
Strasbourg was is a small village on the border of the Prussian Empire and was an objective in "Operation Daylight" in early 1916, yet the Prussians failed to capture it, even after several charges and the usage of AW8V’s the Prussians could penetrate the french lines. However, in late 1917 after destroying an MG nest on the french lines, they finally pushed into the village and captured it in the same day.
