More Curses!

Adds 8 brand new and devilish curses into the game!
– Curse of Plenty!
— More enemies spawn per room.
— Specifically, additional enemies are spawned until the total health of all enemies has been increased by 50%.
– Curse of Swiftness!
— All enemies move 25% faster and have 25% faster animations.
– Curse of Misfortune!
— All items that spawn are rerolled twice unless they are Quality 1 or Quality 0.
– Curse of Fear!
— Isaac gets a scaling damage down, tears down, and speed up as enemies approach him.
– Curse of the Quantum!
— Upon clearing a room with enemies, 33% chance to be teleported to another uncleared room on the floor.
– Curse of Gratuity!
— All shop prices are doubled. Devil deals cost 2 hearts each (or 1 heart and two Soul Hearts if Isaac has any)
– Curse of Fragility!
— Each time Isaac takes damage, he takes 1 more damage until he leaves the room (capped at 2 extra damage).
– Curse of the Colosseum!
— Boss monsters spawn as either Yellow, Green, Black, Camo, Light Blue, Tiny, or Size Pulse champions.
