The "Arctic Area Regional Command" is established and given control over the arctic sea. The Island of Blackrock Superior becomes home to a missile silo. After a series of accidents, the silo is decomissioned, but kept functional.
Eagles and Ravens are fighting over the Blackrock islands, home to a strategic missile silo. The fate of the islands will decide the balance of power for years to come.
