Reform Andalusia as New Granada
This mod allows you to reform Andalusia while playing as New Granada or countries with Maghrebi as primary culture, which will be done through journal entries.
Also, Ecuador is a candidate, because it starts the game as a principality-level power. You can form Colombia with specific laws and the new country will be named New Granada, which will provide you with the same journal entry.
