Description:

Adjusted many parameters to make the battle more intense.
Include the weapon firing rate, roloading time, accuracy, damage to human&vehicle and shooting range.
Both for cannons and small firearms, and both for player and AI.

***Skirmish Mode Units Adjustment mod is not required, but I highly recommend playing with it in skirmish mode.***

Important Changes:
Increased the small firearms damage (Now your soilders ain’t superman nomore).
Reduced the rifle firing timeout to 1.5s (vanilla is 3s).
Reduced the rifle reloading time to 3s (vanilla is 6s, you can see the slow motion).
Reduced the smg firing timeout.
Reduced the mg firing timeout.
Reduced the mg reloading time.
Reduced the rpg reloading time.
Reduced the flare gun reloading time.
Increased the rpg shooting range (Now your tanks need to spot and kill infantry faster).
Reduced the most cannons reloading time.
Increased firing accuracy of most cannons.
Increased firing accuracy of mortars.
Increased the throwing distance of explosives.
Increased the supply range.
Increased the shooting accuracy when using manual controls.

Reduced the late USSR infantry’s cool time.
Increased the MP cost of anti-tank infantry (with panzershreck).

Added Volkssturm squad to replace the Luftwaffe Fusilier squad in late Germany.
Added Volksgrenadier squad to replace the Gebirgsjäger squad in late Germany.
***Added a OPTIONAL folder in the mod root folder, now some features can be optionally added or removed from the mod. By read the how_to_use.txt you will know how to use them.***

Adjusted unit priority in skirmish mode.
Added Russian localization for the new unit.
Replaced Panzer IV Type G with Panzer IV Type J (making Panzer IV Type J a regular unit).
Replaced Doctrine’s Panzer IV Type J with the Panther Type D.
Adjusted the order of German late offensive doctrines.

Adjusted units priority in late period skirmish mode. Now AI will use different doctrine units just like player.

Separated the unit adjustment part from the mod and made it into a separate mod: Skirmish Mode Units Adjustment.
Now this mod only change the weapon firing rate, roloading time, accuracy and damage.
So the compatibility should be great now.
