Quality of life:
1. Removes the prompt for scrapping items under the following conditions:
* The item is not possessed by anyone (is in a sector stash)
* The item’s condition is less than 90% (or has no condition)
2. Use "Alt-S" in inventory to scrap all the items:
* Will not prompt you in the similar fashion as (1), but will prompt you otherwise.
Immediate things to be implemented soon:
* UI Indication for the scrap all mechanism
* Configurable conditions for scrapping safety
Future ideas to implement:
* Create a mouse + keys combination for scrapping
* Better and configurable conditionals for no prompt scrapping
* Similar idea for salvaging meds
