Congenital Pure Blood
Makes pure-blooded congenital instead of 15% if one parent has it and 75% if both have it.
Also adds a fun little easter egg, which may potentially be immersion breaking and could probably be a mod of its own, for any male ruler with at least 4 positive congenital traits.
Compatible with all mods that do not modify the pure-blooded trait. Will never require an update unless changes are made to the pure-blooded trait.
