The current activity of the citizens is always displayed on the screen.
It is a partial copy of the standard citizens window.
Click the headline to sort, click a row to select the citizen & move the camera.
You can move it by dragging the heading line part.
You can toggle the panel visibility with hotkeys.
However, no hotkey is assigned by default, so set it yourself.
(Settings > Controls > User Interface > Show/Hide Citizens Watcher)
*It is perfectly normal that the display is strange before placing the first town banner.
