Disable Accolades

A simple mod that adds a new Disable Accolades game rule with the following settings:

• Default: Accolades are Enabled.
• Disabled: Accolades are Disabled.
• -1: The maximum number of Accolades that a ruler can bestow is reduced by 1.
• -2: The maximum number of Accolades that a ruler can bestow is reduced by 2.
• -3: The maximum number of Accolades that a ruler can bestow is reduced by 3.
• -4: The maximum number of Accolades that a ruler can bestow is reduced by 4.

Does not override any vanilla files, so should be compatible with everything.

The Disabled setting simply applies a global -10 penalty to active_accolades, which will prevent anyone from acquiring more than 0 active accolade slots. Does not modify the actual sources of accolade slots such as the Knighthood innovation, so the tooltips will lie to you about granting more accolade slots. Since this is also how the -X settings work, the reduction is from the bottom up, ie, if you set it to -2, you will need +3 Accolades (such as +1 from King, +1 from Emperor, +1 from innovation) before you actually gain a slot.
