Description:

I like farms BIG farms. I like my people to be working the fields, but not to spend all day doing nothing but tending crops. More now since UWE adds several new crop types.

So I made some changes.
– Crops take x5 time to grown. So, you need 5 times the fields to get the same production you would get without this mod.
– Crops take half water consumption rate. So, you need less water daily to kept your fields alive.
– Crops take double time to die. So, you have more time to harvest all your fields.
