Description:

Adds "Dice Dealer" npcs to most United Cities towns.

You are able to talk to him and gamble your life away.

Rules:
You bet any amount you choose from the list, then bet on "Odds" or "Evens". If the total of the two numbers are that of what you bet on, then you win double of what you put in.
Step 1 – Talk to dealer.
Step 2 – Place the amount of money you choose.
Step 3 – Pick "Odds" or "Evens"
There are no rigged dice games and you have an equal chance of winning as you do losing.

Example:
You bet 50c on Odds. The dice read 2 & 5, equaling 7. You win 100c.

These npcs are under the Drifters faction.

The gambling is currently only done between you and the dealer.

The dealer has no maximum money, so you can gamble with them forever.

There are no refunds, but you also cannot leave without finalizing the bet, so if you choose to gamble, you have to see it through.
