The United Kingdom of America
The United Kingdom of America was founded in 1830 after the populous of the then British Dominion of America voted to leave the Empire. However in their haste to withdraw from another war across the sea, the new government realised they had not thought of an exact political party to rule. Over the waters in France, democracy had been tried and had failed, with another Revolution currently raging, and so the only real choice they could come with was an Absolute Monarchy, much like the Prussians. However there was a problem. Who would take this throne they had just created? The answer was simple, someone of the Washington bloodline. Throughout the 19th century, relations between the British Empire and America began to sour, with conflicts raging across the sea in Africa and the Orient. At the turn of the century, the Americans and British finally came into conflict over the recently freed states of Angola and Mozambique. America, quick to get their foot in the door, moved to grab this land, where the First Anglo-American Colonial War would begin. Over the waters in the recently conquered Philippines however, the Americans would fight against the Qing Empire and the Japanese Empire for control of the islands as well as the former Chinese states of Taiwan, Fujian and Zhejiang. By the time of the Great War, America would firmly declare its neutrality, dedicating its forces to the East. During this time, the newly formed German Empire and the United Kingdom of America began to see increasingly positive diplomatic relations, and by the time 1914 rolled around, both states saw each other as brothers, destined for greatness by withheld by the old men of Europe.
The year now is 1936. The Great War ended in a Central Powers victory, Germany receiving the colonies of the British and French, creating Mittelafrika, splitting the state of the Congo and Tanzania with the UKoA. In the East, Marines and Army troops battle over atolls and larger islands, with the mainland becoming little more than a smouldering battleground, despite all their losses, the United Kingdom of America persists, with Ambitions to spread into the increasingly ruined Mexican state and further South into the Caribbean and finally perhaps, South America proper.
Right well, here’s a second mod to my "Rays wacky crazy Alternate History" mod collection which I will be making eventually when I have finished creating all the factions for this universe. At the moment, the mod includes;
– Colonial Troops.
– Regular Army Troops.
– Marines.
What will eventually come (hopefully);
– Vehicles such as, tanks, trucks, cars and planes.
– Ships.
– Naval Boarding and Landing Specialists.
– Winter Variants of Army troops.
– Emplacements.
