Description:

Adds Gruffydd ap Llywelyn as an alternate leader to JFD’s Wales.
LUA: Unifier of Wales: Pillaging Improvements yields Production in addition to the usual yields. Conquering a city yields an envoy. A Diplomatic Policy Slot is converted to a Military Policy Slot when at war with a major civilization.

Agenda: Sacking of Hereford: Likes Civilizations with much territory, and hates those with small empires.
