Movable torch lamp
Enable minimize for torches, make them movable.

Old 1.2 version :
A norefuelable torch lamp with 10 days lifespan as usual, thought for mining. Why lose time to build a new torch closest when you can just move it?
Small issue found: the torch ignore the rain.
