Observer`s Team Events [WIP]

Observer Events
This mod adds more abilities for observers to change battle developments. Periodicaly, a third team can vote for random event to occur during the game. These events can be upgraded by voting, once again. More you will see in-game.
Event Types
How ang how long they affect the battle.
- Instant – instanlty do something
- On timer – constantly repeating action
There may be more in the future
Controls
You only need LMB key to control everything you need in this mod (right now).
