不需要与上述MOD一起使用
与原MOD相比，主要是将“军器监”和“玉勇宿将”两个事务官设置为了新的事物官类型，不再需要挂在别的事务官下面抢容量了，而且他们能拥有自己的随军效果（军器监补员，玉勇宿将提高训练度）。
需要和【Mixu’s Unlocker-MIXER】一起使用，并且在开始游戏时要把【Mixu’s Unlocker-MIXER】放在此mod之前，否则事务官的招募池会一直空着无法招募。
