Description:

This mod makes a "Dutch Revolt" disaster almost mandatory to trigger for the player and the AI

So, what this mod actually does:
It removes a lot of really weird conditions that prevents the revolt from spawning such as:
– Accepting Dutch, Flemish, Frisian and Wallon cultures.
– Having competed Humanist Ideas.
– Having less than 2 stability.
– Passing the fourth Imperial Reform.

What do you need to trigger Dutch Revolt?
– 5 provinces in the Netherlands area need to be owned by non Dutch, Flemish, Frisian or Wallon nation.
– At least one of these provinces need to be Protestant or Reformed.
– The year is before 1650.
And that’s it!

Why did I disable accepting cultures?
– The AI is notorious for accepting any culture that is big enough for them to do that, and that includes rich Low Lands Cultures as well. Not to mention that for some reason Paradox decided to put Dutch, Flemish and Frisian cultures into a Germanic culture group instead of their own, so the Emperor will likely already accept Germanic culture group.

Why didn’t I remove the protestant province requirement?
– If i did remove it, the revolt would spawn at the beggining of The Reformation. Instead of that the centre of reformation will convert a Dutch province sooner or later starting the revolt. That way the start of the disaster is more dynamic and occurs a little bit later.

Disclaimer: The tooltip for triggering a disaster is currently broken and displays old conditions, but the mod works as discribed above.
