Master Manipulator
While playing the story i wondered if it would be fun to have the artifact as a usable manipulator.
Then a friend told me there was a mod for that, but it turns out it only has the mining tool at this point.
And so i decided to make my own!
There is now a small patch to change the manipulator in "enhanced matter manipulator" to the master variant.
