STRONGLY Recommend Yet another clan mech to give the clanners their toys

• Fix any bugs that pop up
• Add more factions
• add more controlled worlds for existing factions
• Potentially give planets to rival mercenary companies from dlc 4
• Add custom paint colors for some factions that don’t currently have one
