Governor Promotion: Improved Whip Blade (Level: 3)
City cannot be put under siege. City gains an additional Ranged Strike per turn.
Tries to make the citizens in each city as happy as possible. Likes civilizations that also develop in this fashion.
A land unit unique to Kazimierz that replaces the Knight and cheaper to build. Gains +1Movement. Ranged cavalry class unit with a ranged attack, Range 3. They receive +2Combat Strength for every adjacent unit.
Leader Ability 1: Fear neither Hardship nor Darkness
All land units receive +5Combat Strength when fighting units with a higher base Combat Strength. All military units +5Combat Strength and +2Movement if you receive a declaration of war, declare a war for territorial recovery, or declare a war of liberation in 10 turns. Military units do not suffer combat penalties when damaged.
Leader Ability 2: Before Victory
Adjacent enemy units receive -5Combat Strength. Heavy Cavalry units do full damage against cities when Tech Siege Tactics is unlocked.
Leader Ability 3: High Moral Standards
+25% combat experience for all land units trained in cities. Cities within 9 tiles of the Capital gain +4 identity.
