Including a new civilization: Mondstadt, and a new leader: Venti

Tiles with Charming Appeal provides +1 food and+1 culture, Tiles with Breathtaking Appeal provides +3 faith ,Units +1 movement .Civilian units can freely enter foreign countries without open borders. Units are not damaged by Hurricanes, Wind farm and Offshore wind farm+4 electricity.

A building unique to Mondstadt.Compared to Amphithearer, there are additional great musician points and music slots. In cities with taverns, for every population,+1 faith+1culture, while plantations receive an additional+1 culture.

A unit unique to Mondstadt.Have a unique promotion tree.With the unlocking of civics (divine right ,Nationalism，ideology, Cold War), their[ICON_Strength] combat strength will gradually increase. But as the number of units trained increases, their price will increase.

A cheaper cultural dissemination unit unlocked by the Enlightenment civics, replacing rock bands, but unable to enjoy the policy card of rock band bonuses.

All writing and music belong to the city+4 faith, achieving 300% tourism. There is a unique unit Gleeman.. Gleeman can choose any available promotion. The tourism achieved by spreading culture among the currently non warring civilizations is+100%.
