Curse Of The Middle Finger
– Replaces the ? of "Curse of the Lost" on the map with a giant middle finger.
– Also replaces the small purple map icon with a smaller middle finger.

Note: It seems like for this to work you need to let the game install it, then restart the game after making sure it is enabled in the Mod Menu.
Same for when you don’t want to use it anymore: Disable it in the Mod Menu and then restart the game.
You need to do this since for some reason it doesn’t update immediately unfortunately.
