PHL-16 self-propelled MLRS (COMMISSION)
This is a Commissioned work. i won’t do any changes unless the client/commissioner desire it.
The PHL-16, also known as PCL-191, is a truck-mounted self-propelled multiple rocket launcher (MRL) system developed by the People’s Republic of China.

Artillery Weapon Operator:

HP: 2000
Missile Tube will automatically deploy upon entering the weapon operator seat
or the Surface-to-Surface Missile mode, it works similar like the mortar weapon on the default attack boat. switch to third person camera and simply aim the red marker using the mouse to the target. press T + mouse scroll to change the range. use right click to change the camera to precision firing view
Press L to turn on Lights.
