Isaac has over a hundred different enemies. Despite this, almost none of them do anything different than just attacking the player. Except for this one!
The Devil’s priest is an enemy, which instead of attacking you, will make sure that every enemy in the room is full health. You can find him in the depths, sheol and the cathedral. He will randomly spawn in rooms, so be careful!
