Requires: RISE AND FALL and GATHERING STORM

Trait: Desert Storm
Exclusive unique Governor with productive, cultural, and diplomatic abilites. During a Golden Age, gain an additional Diplomacy policy slot within any form of Government. During war, International Trade Routes gain +4 Culture and +4 Gold. Land units gain +8 combat strength on Desert tiles.

Governor: Dan Quayle – "The VP"
Diplomatic and culturally astute, Dan Quayle possesses the ability to enhance a city’s cultural and diplomatic influence, skillfully using his knowledge to foster greater prosperity in these areas than what is typically achievable.

Unit: Humvee
American unique Modern Era unit. Starts with 1 free promotion. +2 Movement when starting a turn in open terrain. No Movement penalty from hills.

Improvement: American Outpost
Improvement that unlocks with Masonry and must be built on Desert, Desert Hills. +4 Culture and +1 Food. Provides significant defense for units. Cannot be adjacent to another American Outpost.

Agenda: New World Order
Strongly opposes different Governments. Respects civilizations that have the same Government.
