Ars Mythica – Lightseeker is a mod which revolves around the Lightseeker Psycast tree. Lightseekers defined in my headcanon are psycasters belonging to a Imperial Religious sect, one that is secretive and powerful. Lightseekers harness a strain of divine psy energy that can be directed, manipulated and used for incredible healing and destructive prowess.

For those wondering Lost Psycasts – Lightseeker‘s name was changed purely because I didn’t want to continue the "Lost Psycasts" naming convention into all my new Psycast mods, instead I wanted something to reflect a more mystical/magical approach! especially when Ars Mythica gets a mod that isn’t exactly Psycast related!

Lightseeker Psycast Tree

Lightseekers have the ability to heal wounds on others as well as themselves, being able to cure any illness and regenerating any lost limb. Lightseekers can also project a incredible protective aura around themselves to help protect against any damage during battle. For destructive abilities, Lightseekers can create small Lances of light that can be shot at any pawn to damage them, they can also create an incredible ball of divine energy that carry incredible destructive force.

The Lightseeker Psycast path will also be changing soon with new abilities being added in the future.

– "Why is this mod so overpowered? Why don’t you balance it?" It’s my philosophy when it comes to fantasy in any capacity whether it’s movies/games/video games or mods that there should be things that are overpowered, and personally I enjoy things that are overpowered, it makes the game fun for me and in the end that’s why I play games, to have fun!

– "What is Ars Mythica?" Ars Mythica is the new naming convention for all my mods that share in some capacity a theme that I am following, that theme being more fantasy, magical, and mysterious.

– "Why is the Steam mod name different to the actual name of the mod in my game?" I want to make sure that people can still find Ars Mythica – Lightseeker by searching "Psycasts" on the steam workshop, so I added "Psycasts Expansion" to the Steam title, the mod itself is still just called "Ars Mythica – Lightseeker.

– "Combat Extended?" No idea. Never used it.
