Warfighter – Vanilla Enhanced Gameplay

Warfighter – Vanilla Enhanced is an addon that provides enhanced gameplay and more immersive experience through a more detailed, realistic, and sensible overhaul. As the title says, it is primarily built and made for compatibility with vanilla missions built within the game (DLC missions included), altthough it is also meant for any user-made missions that are made to be played with vanilla configuration that come within the Steam Workshop and other MoWAS2 modding hubs.
Addon features:
– Increased realistic and enhanced gameplay and combat system (special thanks to RobZ for the big inspiration)
– Compatibility with vanilla mission and user-made missions based on vanilla system and assets
– Enhanced damage output on infantry combat (much fewer shots taken to kill someone)
– Increased engagement range to around 100-200 in-game meter
– Localization overhaul, better descriptions
– Immersive and improved weapon handling, each infantry and vehicle weapon having their own distinct performance, accuracy, handling, modifiers, etc (Yes, that means Thompsons, Stens, and MP40s actually have different accuracy modifiers, rate of fire, velocity, etc and automatic rifles like BARs behave differently rather than being treated like machine guns)
– Inventory and weapon overhauls (inventory sizes, weights, new accuracy and weapon system, etc)
– Re-tweaked vehicle weapon and armor values
– New sounds, voices, effects, etc
– New targeting cursors, made by myself
– Improved animations, better direct control infantry movements (special thanks to Warrior250 for teaching me), this allows for new "techniques" such as utilizing the better accuracy and handling of SMGs while standing or crouching outside cover to trivialize CQB fights, better wall peeking, etc.
– Improved AI targeting preference
– Specifically tailored to improve single player/coop mission and campaign experiences on vanilla assets and system, multiplayer balance NOT guaranteed as I never tweaked it for this addon in the first place

Shorter version of the description: Wanna a realism mod that’s compatible with vanilla missions, system, and vanilla-based missions made by other amazing modders or mission makers? I gotcha, here you go! Now go kick some ass in those missions/campaigns! Hoo-ah!
Feel free to combine this mod with other vanilla-based mission packs or mods (SirHinkel, Sturmfuhrer, etc). Just be sure to put on this mod in the last priority order to ensure compatibility, although this may not be compatible with every vanilla mission mods. You’ll have to try it yourself and see how it goes.
Do NOT combine with other mods that do major overahuls to the gameplay system or such, as it is not compatible and will cause crash (RobZ, Valour, etc). Do NOT combine with Mandingo’s Guns for RobZ Realism either, as this also conflicts with the addon’s files and may crash the game. This addon uses its own specific format of firearms coding that is not compatible with any other mod that adjusts their coding.
This addon’s gameplay system is derived from what I’ve made for Kokoda (led by Alldaboss) and Project 80 (led by Ruemc). It is essentially watered down version of the system made for both mods, meant for vanilla compatibility.
