Less Blood
This mod lowers the volume of liquid created when creatures bleed.
Due to the way this is implemented, the perk "More blood" has been changed.
basically the game gives you the perk "more blood" which has been changed to lower the global blood
I plan to add a setting that the user can control via mod options but I am still learning how the blood is coded
