– Roid Rage gets a big fist.
– Speed Ball gets a running Isaac.
– Synthoil gets a buff arm.
– The Virus gets a submicroscopic infectious agent.
– Adrenaline gets a panicking Isaac.
– Euthanasia gets a skull and crossbones.
– Broken Syringe gets swirls and rainbows.
