An improvised explosive device (IED) is a bomb constructed and deployed in ways other than in conventional military action. It may be constructed of conventional military explosives, such as an artillery shell, attached to a detonating mechanism. IEDs are commonly used as roadside bombs, or homemade bombs.

This is edited from vanilla C4 by SteelRaven7, which means this could stick to vehicles. Currently this is not exposed in the toolspack but somehow I got its prefab thanks to Red’s help!

It works like vanilla C4
Fire: Deploy
Aim+Fire: Detonate by phone dialing
Stick it on the vehicle or the ground
Profit

20000 Armor Damage, Explosion has 20 meters drop off
Total 2 rounds ready for use
Take out any normal vehicle in one charge lmao
