This building sits perpendicular to Marszalkowska 24/26 (link – https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3055242210 ) and you can place the two buildings next to each other to model this part of Warsaw.
As with most of the buildings in this area, the facade is quite shabby and run-down looking – a number of the buildings in this district would benefit from a light restoration – some are already done, such as Marszalkowska 21/25 which now looks transformed compared to a few years ago.
