Neco-Arc [MB:TL]
A mysterious creature that is a cat, yet also is not. She looks a bit similar to Arcueid, but no one knows if she has any connection to the real Arcueid.

Neco-Arc from Melty Blood: Type Lumina joins the fray!
She is not completely finished yet. Her neutral special isn’t quite finished, and as soon as I figure out the issue, it’ll be fixed/replaced. I originally planned for her to have the gatcha mechanics from MB:TL, however until I figure out how to code that her neutral special will be an onion ring.
Additionally, as soon as I figure out how, the special palettes (Ciel and Hisui) will have different voicelines.
Big thanks to the Mizuumi wiki and MB:TL modding community for the sprite rips, and the Mcleodgaming Discord for the coding help, as well as a few friends that gave me several ideas for her moveset.

Neco-Arc is a small, fast rushdown character. Her normals are relatively fast and her specials allow her to chase her opponent down. She’s unorthodox where she is good at sending opponents upwards or downwards instead of sideways.
Up & Side Special: I Want to Go to Crocodile Garden ("Dori" or DoriDoriDori" or "Neco Rocket") – Neco-Arc launches herself upwards at high speeds, however leaves herself vulnerable if she misses ledge using her vertical recovery. The vertical variant is exceptionally good at sending opponents flying to space at decently high percents, but leaves her vulnerable if it whiffs or if the sour hitbox hits.
Neutral Special: I Want to Go to Bird Garden ("Onion Rings") – A placeholder special, Neco-Arc fires a gust of wind at a downwards angle that explodes on contact with the floor/with an opponent, can be used for follow ups (like forward air).
Down Special: 2B (equivalent in Melty Blood: Type Lumina) – Neco slides along the ground with considerable speed, one of her combo tools and has a lot of versatility.
Down Special (Aerial): 2B (equivalent in Melty Blood: Type Lumina) – Instead of sliding, Neco-Arc rockets herself into the opponent for an extremely strong headfirst tackle. If sent off stage, Neco will have to deal with the high endlag, allowing opponents to punish accordingly.
