Description:

Raphael, from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, joins the Fray!

*Special Moves/Abilities*

-Radical Whirlwind (Neutral Special): Raphael spins around with his sais.
-Turtle Power (Side Special): Raphael speeds forward, covered by ninja energy and hits with a strong attack.
-Cowabunga (Up Special): Raphael launches upwards and hits with his sais.
-Raph’s Rage (Down Special): Raphael lunges at the opponent in a fiery rage. Has different properties on the ground or in the air.

-Raphael and all his other TMNT brothers are now available! I will be taking a break from making TMNT characters for a while, but hope to return soon!
-My hope is to eventually have Raphael tournament viable. Balancing suggestions are welcome.
