Guv’s Max Level+, Experience gain +(for AI) and Skill Unlock Mod
So after a while of ignoring this game on and off, I have come into terms. With the right setup, mods and mindset, this game can actually be great!
I’ve had fun playing Myth-gamemode and so far it’s been okay with some proper combat, unit sizes and formations mods.
But, there was a lot of personal tweaks along the way. And ultimately it’s almost impossible to make it perfect.
- AI Legendary Heroes (Menaleus, Achilles etc) gain experience per turn to not fall behind player.
- Heroes and Agents max level is now 50 (from 27. Weird max level), with 2 skillpoints earned every level after lvl 40.
- Due to higher max level, exp required to level up has been streamlined with no more random experience requirement numbers. (more details down below)
- Hero and Agent skills no longer have locks. They are completely unlocked and no longer restrict skill pathing. Suitable for the new max levels.
Level up are as follows:
lvl 1: 500
lvl 2: 1000
lvl 3: 2000
after level 20, it’s 2000 required exp per level
After lvl 40 it’s 3000.
Agents have it similar, but slightly easier.

Experience for Legendary heroes (AI) per turn are as follows:
After turn 4, 250 exp very 3 turns.
Once level 15, 200 exp every 3 turns.
once level 35, 100 exp every 3 turns.
This is to help them fall in line with player a bit. It’s not perfect and can easily be tweaked.
