Cavern Proof Grappling Hook
Makes the Grappling hook work in the Cold, Toxic, and Magma Caverns. No longer will you have to wait 5 seconds irrelevant of the build gun you own! Curses that delay that has caused many a deaths to my fellow players!

It’s kinda strange, without this mod, the hook works different in a small area. So instead of using lifts everywhere, i’ll only use one lift in the cold cavern
