Description:

The Theodosian Walls protected Constantinople for more than 1000 years. Don’t you think it deserves more than a measly province modifer?
This mod adds the walls as a monument in Constantinople.

Building time (1 year) and building cost (100, 200, 500) stays the same.
There are only some small differences to vanilla:

1. If you choose the discount via the Hexamilion Wall Mission you get 25% of your money back AFTER finishing the tier.

2. Every nation that owns Constantinople can rebuild the walls.

3. Normal monument functions cannot be disabled (i. e. depending on the expanded infrastructure and the base tax the monument will be slightly cheaper/faster and if you wanna waste a lot of money/manpower you can basically build them instant. This shouldn’t be a problem since BYZ doesn’t have the resources for this.

Unfortunately not Ironman mode compatible
