Better Scandinavia

UPDATE 26/03/2014: Improved Riksråd government. Is now a quasi-republic and you can choose monarch when current dies.
As a Norwegian I found the Scandinavian nations (Denmark, Norway and Sweden) as well as the formable Scandinavian nation quite disappointing. This is my attempt at making ALL Scandinavian nations (including Gotland and Finland) and the formable Scandinavian nation more unique and interesting.
I am working on this mod currently but I have already implemented some key changes:
* New elective monarchy government type called "Riksråd" with new bonuses.
* Tweaked national ideas for Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
* A few new decisions and events for all Scandinavian nations as well as the formable Scandinavian nation.
Features and items which I have yet to add:* Unique national ideas, decisions and events for Gotland and Finland.* More and better names for leaders, monarchs, ships, armies and more for all Scandinavian nations.* Many more decisions and events for all Scandinavian nations.* Possibly creating Iceland as a nation?I am also open to suggestions on additions or changes! More than welcome as long as they are reasonable.
