Development for Ducats Reworked
As the title suggests, the modification allows you to buy development for money. Similar modifications have already been made, but in my opinion they were unbalanced.
My version have new innovations:
-Each type can be used up to 3 at a time. (the game detects above 3 and removes excessive ones)
-The higher the development level of the improved province, the higher the cost.
-Possibility of resale development (very unfavorable)
-You can buy development for your subjects (all costs is transferred to the sovereign)
-The maximum level for purchasing development is 49
-Regulation Bureau reduces cost by 20%
The mod should be compatible with many others.
The mod is not compatible with Ironman mode.
