Simple color picker mod, using the new custom effect UI modding stuff. 🙂

This mod has a color picker menu to choose your RGB values, rather than using an event chain system (should be a lot easier.)
In total this mod allows for 600,000 or so distinct colors.

• Reset Color
  – Sets the color back to normal if you don’t like your changes.
• Custom Color
  – Pick any color using RGB values.
• Steal Color
  – Yoink a color off of someone you can see (their color will remain the same.)
• Enforce Color
  – Make another country use your color.

All these buttons can be accessed through the diplomatic screen. Target another country to change their color, target your own country to change your own.

Will disable achievements 🙁
