crappy thing i threw together in like 5 minutes for a multiplayer game im in, uses the wonderful invite more modifers as a base, go download it:

our game ended, we started a new one and now i updated this to include a fix to a bug/odd design choice in governments+ and make ai check major decisions more often, this is now wider in scope and less compatible
